What Turning 35 Has Taught Me.

What being alive for 35 years has taught me, ….

Doesn’t matter how long I take to plan something, so long as I’m willing to take action.

I can’t always control how other people will react.

Our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.

I don’t need to go to a place of worship to find peace within myself, but sometimes, going to place of worship, brings me peace.

You can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for life.

No matter how hard I want someone to recognize their own true greatness, it’s a fruitless effort unless they are willing to see it for themselves.

I’ve learned- that regardless of how hot and steamy a relationship is at first, the passion fades and there had better be something else to take its place.

Your beliefs can change, but your faith should always remain in tact.

Just because you have a career in health and wellness doesn’t automatically make you “RIGHT” or make you a decent human being.

Hope is useless without action.

Two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.
