    • Tessa shares how she experienced the importance of relationships. A family member of hers committed to showing up to his CrossFit class.

    • In a turn of events, it was there that he met a scientist who opened opportunities for his career.

    • Her mother always advised her that impressions matter.

    • It wasn’t until her first job that she truly realized the importance of how you present yourself.

    • Put your best foot forward and show that you’re serious.

    • Many people are impatient to make their big break. They use that as their motivation and purpose for showing up.

    • You are your big break. It’s you who’ll do your best work from the very start and reach your goals.

    • Focus on showing up honestly and wholeheartedly. Be clear about your intentions and purpose.
