[05:37] Finding Drive & Pressure Amid New Year Resets

    • New years always come with a belief of a false start.

    • It puts pressure on people to reflect on what has happened in the previous year and set plans for the next.

    • For some people, particularly those who are self-employed, the pressure is not self-imposed. They have to work and find it within themselves.

[11:42] How to Overcome Feeling Stuck

    • Honor your feelings and trace their roots. Find out where it comes from.

    • Think of reasons to keep going.

    • Slow down, unplug for a minute, and give yourself a break.

[14:13] "I don't want to feel raggedy. I want to feel rested. So how can I shift my life into a cycle or a flow that honors my need for rest, which has gotten to be more and more as I get older?" - Click Here to Tweet

[16:44] Allow Yourself to Be Stuck

    • It is easy to forget everything you know when you feel stuck.

    • Being stuck can make you burn out, doubt that you can sustain something, feel unworthy, and even deny yourself rest.

    • However, there are also silver linings to feeling stuck.

    • It can help you learn things about yourself and your partner.

    • It also gives you an avenue to rewire and move your body in a new and different way.

[21:41] You Hold the Antidote to Being Stuck

    • The antidote differs for every person, but almost every person has the remedy within themselves.

    • Have the time and space for contemplation.

    • It would help if you allowed messages to come through and follow through.

    • According to Tracee, the most challenging part when we're feeling stuck is following through on the messages we receive.

[22:18] “The hard part when you feel stuck is following through on the messages that you receive and the inspirations that you receive.” - Click Here to Tweet

    [24:03] Honor Your Own Knowing

    • After spaciousness and contemplation, you must learn to honor your 'knowing.'

    • Feel into the time you are inspired.

    • Everyone has their natural state of light brightness; you only have to tap into it.

    • Listen to when your 'knowing' tells you to slow down.

    • There's a reason why feeling depleted and energetically empty is familiar to you. Your mind tells you that you are in a better place now.

    [27:55] Setting Boundaries Within Yourself

    • Setting boundaries can be the key because they keep you from becoming exhausted and burned out.

    • According to Tracee, here are two things you can start with:

      • Set a bedtime. Follow it for seven days and see what happens.

      • Set a morning ritual. Make sure to incorporate spacious and nourishing activities, like reading, writing morning pages, meditating, or praying.

    • Once you anchor those two things, it bleeds into other places in your life.

    • Remember to make conscious choices and boundaries.

[29:56] "If we don't have the right boundaries, either with other people or within ourselves, we contend to lose the path to [the tenants of radical love]." - Click Here to Tweet

[34:32] "As people who identify as women, a lot of times, we feel like it's our place right to take the backseat and sometimes it has to be. But in the times that are under your control and under your choice, try not to fall into a pattern and make a conscious choice." - Click Here to Tweet

[40:54] Setting Boundaries With Loved Ones

    • Setting boundaries with your loved ones is as important as setting boundaries within yourself.

    • Tracee believes that the first step is to start the conversation right away.

    • Then, focus on setting boundaries that will nourish them.

    • Understand that adopting these boundaries will take time.

    • Teach your loved ones by showing as opposed to telling.

    [40:25] Self-Remembrance

    • Tracee recommends contemplating self-remembrance.

    • What does it evoke when you hear and feel it in your body?

    • How do you think that you can begin to reclaim that for yourself?
