Quick answerThe Radically Loved Podcast is the show Rosie Acosta hosted from 2017 to 2025 — over 540 episodes of conversations with authors, teachers, doctors and athletes about self-love, anxiety, trauma, habits and finding your way back to yourself. The Show
What Radically Loved Was
Rosie started Radically Loved in 2017, before the wellness podcast boom, and kept it going for eight years. The premise was simple and it never really changed: honest conversations about being a person, with the people who had thought hardest about whatever they were there to discuss.
Across those years the show ran through eleven seasons and more than 540 episodes. Some were interviews with authors and researchers. Some were short solo episodes — the Intention and Wisdom Wednesday segments — where Rosie worked through one idea in fifteen minutes. The subject matter moved with her life: addiction and recovery early on, then anxiety, trauma, habits, grief, relationships and, towards the end, women’s health and midlife.
It grew out of the same place as her book, You Are Radically Loved, and out of a childhood in East Los Angeles that she has written about at length. The show was the long-form version of that work.
The archive is not a museum. Most of these conversations were about things that do not go out of date.

- Quiara Alegría Hudes — the Pulitzer-winning playwright, on healing the body and the spirit
- Jonathan Fields — on finding purpose and keeping your spark alive

What Happened Next
Where Rosie Is Now
In October 2025 Rosie closed Radically Loved and started The Radically Well Podcast. It is a narrower show with a clearer job: perimenopause, hormones, the nervous system, and the parts of midlife women are not warned about. If you listened to the last year or two of Radically Loved, it is the same direction of travel, followed further.
There is also W.I.S.E., a single-season show she made separately. Three shows, one voice.
