Weekend 2: 3/06-3/08

  • Anatomy + Philosophy The Yoga Sutras, Externally Rotated Poses, Asymmetrical Neutrals

Weekend 3: 3/20-3/22

  • Anatomy + Philosophy, Surya Namaskar B, Inversions

Weekend 4: 4/03-4/05

  • Anatomy + Philosophy, Inversions, Pranayama, Twists

Weekend 5: 4/17-4/19

  • Anatomy + Philosophy, Backbends in Shoulder Extension + Prenatal Backbends in Shoulder Flexion

Weekend 6: 5/01-5/03

— Guest Teacher for Sunday Class: Lucy (Yin//Basics)

  • Anatomy + Philosophy, Teaching Beginners, Forward Bends & Restoratives, Yoga Nidra

Weekend 7: 5/22-5/24

  • Review for in Class Exam + Practice Teaching, Hip Openers, Abdominals + Arm Balances, In Class Exam and Closing
