Rosie’s coaching is mindfulness-based: you learn to calm your nervous system first, then to notice your patterns and respond to worry differently. It isn’t therapy, and it doesn’t diagnose or treat anxiety disorders. It can work alongside a therapist or doctor.
Who It’s For
Does This Sound Familiar?
- Your mind won’t switch off, especially at night
- You feel it in your body first: tight chest, racing heart, shallow breath
- You overthink decisions and replay conversations long after they’re over
- You look calm and capable on the outside, and you’re running on worry inside
- You wake up anxious before the day has even started (more in morning anxiety)
- Anxiety arrived, or got louder, in midlife (more in perimenopause anxiety)
Rosie works with women and men, one-on-one and online, wherever you are.
What We Work On
Calm the Body, Then the Mind
You can’t think your way out of a body that’s on high alert. So coaching starts there, and works outward.
Settling your nervous system
Simple breathing and grounding practices that tell your body it’s safe, and that you can use anywhere: in a meeting, in the car, at 3am. Start with Rosie’s breathing exercises.
Catching the spiral earlier
Learning your early signs, so you can step in at the first anxious thought instead of the tenth.
Relating to worry differently
Mindfulness skills for letting a thought be a thought, not a forecast, and for making decisions without waiting to feel certain.
Sleep and rest
Wind-down routines, and practices like yoga nidra for sleep for the nights when your mind is loudest.
The life around the anxiety
Workload, boundaries and the situations that keep setting it off, and what you can change about them.
How It Works
Three Steps to Get Started
- Book a free 15-minute discovery call. A short, low-pressure conversation about what’s going on and whether coaching is the right fit.
- Choose a format. A single focused 50-minute session, or a 3 to 6 month program for steadier change. Details are on the packages and pricing page.
- Meet online. Private video sessions in English or Spanish, with simple practices to use between sessions. No meditation experience needed.
Coaching or Therapy?
Is Coaching Right for You?
Coaching may fit if
- Anxiety gets in the way, but you’re managing day to day
- You want practical tools and someone to keep you on track
- You’re in therapy and want help building daily practices alongside it
Start with a doctor or therapist if
- Anxiety is severe, constant or getting worse
- You have frequent panic attacks, or avoid places and people because of anxiety
- It has affected your sleep, work or relationships for weeks
- You’re having thoughts of harming yourself
Not sure which? Bring the question to the discovery call.

When to Get Help
When to Get Help Right Away
Mayo Clinic notes that anxiety can sometimes be linked to a medical issue, such as thyroid problems or heart disease. If your anxiety is new, or comes with chest pain, a racing or irregular heartbeat, or breathlessness that doesn’t settle, see a doctor.
If you’re thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US, now. If you’re in immediate danger, call 911. Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis or crisis care.

Anxiety Coaching FAQ
What does an anxiety coach do?
An anxiety coach helps you build practical skills for anxious thoughts and the physical stress that comes with them. Coaching focuses on the present and on what you do day to day. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anxiety disorders.
Is anxiety coaching the same as therapy?
No. Therapy is provided by a licensed clinician who can diagnose and treat anxiety disorders. Coaching is educational support for building skills and habits. Many people use both, and coaching can sit alongside therapy rather than replace it.
Can a coach help with anxiety?
Coaching can help you notice anxious patterns earlier, calm your body and respond to worry with more choice. If anxiety is severe, constant or affecting your daily life, start with a doctor or therapist.
How long does anxiety coaching take?
It depends on what you’re working on. Some people book a single focused session; others choose a 3 to 6 month program to build habits that last. You can talk it through on the free discovery call.
Do I need to know how to meditate?
No. Rosie starts with simple practices, often just a few minutes of breathing, that fit into a busy day.
Can we work in Spanish?
Yes. Sessions are online, worldwide, in English or Spanish.
