Quick answerThis is one-on-one mental health coaching for men dealing with stress, anger, burnout or a big life change. It’s practical: tools for calming your body, handling pressure and saying what’s going on to the people who matter. It’s private, it’s online, and it isn’t therapy.

Who It’s For

Does This Sound Like You?

  • Your fuse is shorter than you’d like, at work or at home
  • You’re carrying a lot and not saying much
  • Work takes everything, and there’s nothing left at the end of the day
  • Something big has changed: a breakup, a loss, a new role, becoming a dad, a milestone birthday
  • You know something’s off, and you want practical tools and a private place to start

A lot of men don’t recognize stress in themselves, because it shows up as anger, numbing out or working harder rather than sadness. Men’s mental health covers the signs.

What We Work On

Practical Tools, No Lecture

Stress and your body

Breathing and reset practices that work in the car, before a hard conversation or at 3am. A longer exhale is one of the quickest ways to help your body stand down; start with these breathing exercises.

Anger

Noticing it earlier, buying yourself a few seconds before you react, and repairing things after a blow-up.

Pressure and performance

Staying steady and focused under pressure at work, and actually recovering afterward instead of running on empty. If you’re already there, see burnout recovery.

Saying it out loud

Finding words for what’s going on, and getting better at telling a partner, a friend or your family.

Midlife and change

The “is this it?” feeling, shifts in identity and purpose, and deciding what comes next.

How It Works

Three Steps to Get Started

  1. Book a free 15-minute discovery call. A short, low-pressure conversation about what’s going on and whether coaching is the right fit.
  2. Choose a format. A single focused 50-minute session, or a 3 to 6 month program for steadier change. Details are on the packages and pricing page.
  3. Meet online. Private video sessions in English or Spanish, with simple practices to use between sessions. No meditation experience needed.

Coaching or Therapy?

Is Coaching Right for You?

Coaching may fit if

  • You’re functioning, but stress or anger is getting in the way
  • You want practical tools and straight talk
  • You want a private place to start

Start with a doctor or therapist if

  • Low mood, numbness or hopelessness won’t lift
  • You’re relying on alcohol or drugs to get through the week
  • Your anger has led to violence or threats, or the people around you feel unsafe
  • You’re having thoughts of harming yourself

Getting help early isn’t a last resort. It’s maintenance.
