No. Mental health coaching is not therapy and does not replace psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or medical care. Coaching focuses on personal growth, emotional resilience, mindfulness practices, and practical tools for navigating life challenges. If you are experiencing severe mental health symptoms or require clinical treatment, I encourage working with a licensed therapist or mental health professional.

Many people work with both a therapist and a coach simultaneously.

The best way to determine whether coaching is a good fit is to schedule a discovery call. This short introductory conversation gives us a chance to talk about what you're looking for and whether my coaching approach aligns with your needs.

Yes. Payment plans are available for the longer coaching containers. If you are interested in working together but need a payment structure that works better for your financial situation, we can discuss options during your discovery call.

Each year, I offer five scholarship spots for individuals who would benefit from coaching but may not currently have the financial resources to participate at the full rate. If it becomes clear that clinical mental health support would be more appropriate, I will help guide you toward the right resources. Coaching works best when clients are seeking personal growth and support rather than clinical treatment.

Yes. I maintain a list of trusted therapists and mental health professionals in the Los Angeles area, as well as information about affordable mental health resources and clinics. If therapy would be helpful, I’m happy to share these referrals.

To ensure each client receives focused attention and support, I work with a limited number of private coaching clients at a time. If coaching spots are currently full, you may be added to the waitlist and notified when a space becomes available.

Because coaching sessions are reserved specifically for you, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a missed session and will be charged in full.
If more than two sessions are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the coaching agreement may be terminated at the coach’s discretion. This policy helps ensure that coaching spaces remain available for clients who are able to commit to the process.
If an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to work together on an appropriate solution.
